By accessing or using Account360.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Account360.ai is a SaaS platform that provides:

• AI-powered field execution and sales intelligence
• Computer vision and shelf analysis tools
• Account management and CRM capabilities
• Autonomous agent workflows for beverage alcohol and CPG industries
• Data analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Account360.ai is offered as a subscription service with the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• Taxes may apply based on your location

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Account360.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Droisys Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you upload to Account360.ai. We obtain no ownership rights to your data. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Account360.ai and Droisys Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with 30 days notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
